These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and Maxim88 ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the website located at maxim88.buzz, including all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered through the platform.

• You have not previously been excluded from the Maxim88 platform through self-exclusion, account closure for cause, or any other exclusion mechanism.
• You will use the platform and services solely for lawful purposes and will not use any funds derived from illegal activity.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Maxim88 platform. The existence of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether identified through matching personal details, device fingerprinting, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (username and password).
• All activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying Maxim88 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Ensuring that your contact details remain current and accurate at all times.

Maxim88 will never solicit your password through any channel. Any communication purporting to be from Maxim88 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Maxim88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported methods include, but are not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction (subject to change).
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method; please refer to the cashier section within your account dashboard for current limits.
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.
• Maxim88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction (subject to change).
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully completed before a withdrawal can be processed from a balance that includes bonus funds.
• Maxim88 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
• Maxim88 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment service provider.

Maxim88 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin allocations, and VIP Programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time of the promotion and form part of this Agreement.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who satisfy the stated qualifying conditions at the time of the offer.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated time window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from bonus credit date). Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
• The maximum stake per bet while a bonus is active is typically capped at RM 250–RM 500 per round. Stakes exceeding this cap during active bonus play may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game contribution rates vary: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and live dealer games typically contribute 10%–20%. Virtual sports, e-sports, and certain game variants may contribute 0%. Refer to each promotion's specific terms for contribution schedules.
• Maxim88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and partially wagered will be honoured under the terms active at the time of claim.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploitation of an error in bonus terms, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All bets placed on the Maxim88 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, which are published within the platform interface. In the event of a conflict between those specific rules and these Terms, the specific game or market rules shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. No cancellation of confirmed bets is possible except as expressly permitted in the relevant game rules.
• Maxim88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market in which the outcome has already been determined at the time of placing, where manifest error has occurred, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
• In the event of a platform technical error, Maxim88 reserves the right to void any affected bets. Where possible, affected players will be notified and original stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all markets and games. Current limits are displayed within the relevant interface prior to bet confirmation.
• Maxim88 reserves the right to limit bet amounts, restrict market access, or close any account if, in our sole discretion, we reasonably believe a player is engaged in professional, syndicated, or systematic betting that disrupts the integrity of our markets.

• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated betting strategies designed to generate guaranteed profits and exploit promotional offers.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal, criminal, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to any part of the Maxim88 platform or its underlying systems.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in circumstances that do not constitute genuine fraud or unauthorised transaction.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, harasses, or adversely affects other users or the operation of the platform.

Maxim88 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, forfeit all associated balances and pending withdrawals, and take such further action as may be appropriate, including referral to relevant Malaysian authorities.

All content on the Maxim88 platform — including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, images, game content, software code, interface design, trade marks, service marks, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of Maxim88 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Maxim88 platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without Maxim88's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Maxim88's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the platform and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maxim88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

Maxim88's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Maxim88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Maxim88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal that has not been resolved to Maxim88's satisfaction.
• Reasonable suspicion of collusion, match-fixing, or any other integrity-related conduct.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring us to do so.

Upon voluntary account closure requested by the Player, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned via the Player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Maxim88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.
